Demobilisation and clean-up of the work site with the removal of the last of the site offices and equipment. Final touches including some concreting of paths and driveways, and landscaping including the final turf laying and garden bed mulching, garden irrigation and drainage. Some minor garden planting remains to be completed when the weather cools in Autumn.

Capping works continued with the area capped to date covering parts of Stages 1, 2 & 3 and Lot 4 remediation areas as can be seen in the map at left. Now that the cap has been placed across much of the site, work has also focussed this week on trimming it to an accurate level that will then allow the pavement to be installed for the car park.

In a few weeks, pavement installation will become the main focus of works which will then be followed by the sealing of the car park and other elements required to complete the car park.
